In addition to LIF Lindesberg, 28 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof LIF Lindesberg could be found in Group 7 together with IF Swithiod HK, Edsbyns IF HF, Avesta Brovallen HF and GT Söder.

LIF Lindesberg continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Baltichov with 4-12. In the Final, HK Lidköping won over Sikeå SK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 03.
