In addition to IF Hallby HK, 31 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IF Hallby HK could be found in Group 1 together with HK Eskil, Huddinge HK and IFK Skövde HK 1.
IF Hallby HK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lidingö SK with 11-20. In the Final, Lidingö SK won over IFK Bankeryd Vit and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 04. IF Hallby HK also participated in Pojkar 04 during Irsta Blixten 2017.
