In addition to Åkersberga HK, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åkersberga HK could be found in Group F together with Strands IF, Nässjö HF, Skuru IK and Fjärdhundra SK.

Åkersberga HK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK Norra with 9-16. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Enköpings HF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 03.
