In addition to the two Eskilstuna Guif teams, 41 other teams played in Pojkar 06. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif Röd could be found in Group B together with Pargas IF, IFK Nyköping and Hammarby IF HF 2.
Eskilstuna Guif Röd made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Nässjö HF with 8-9. Thereby Eskilstuna Guif Röd finished second in P 06 Slutspel A during Irsta Blixten 2018. Eskilstuna Guif also participated in Pojkar 06 during Irsta Blixten 2017.
