In addition to Skuru IK, 51 other teams played in Flickor 06. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Skuru IK could be found in Group G together with Vadstena HF, Eskilstuna Guif 3 and Skara HF Vit.

Skuru IK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Hallby HK 1 with 4-7. In the Final, IF Swithiod HK won over Gökstens BK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 06.
