In addition to the two Borlänge teams, 24 other teams played in Flickor 15/16 år. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK 1 could be found in Group C together with Sjundeå IF, Härnösands HK and Eksjö BK.
Borlänge HK 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against VästeråsIrsta HF Röd with 7-11. Thereby Borlänge HK 1 finished second in F15/16 Slutspel A during Irsta Blixten 2019. Borlänge HK also participated in Flickor 01/02 during Irsta Blixten 2018.
