In addition to the two Borlänge teams, 24 other teams played in Flickor 15/16 år. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK 2 could be found in Group A together with VästeråsIrsta HF Röd, IFK Hammarö, Sollefteå HK and HF Åbo IFK svart.
Borlänge HK 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against VästeråsIrsta HF Vit with 10-12. In the Final, VästeråsIrsta HF Röd won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 15/16 år. Borlänge HK also participated in Flickor 01/02 during Irsta Blixten 2018.
