In addition to Avesta Brovallen HF, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Avesta Brovallen HF could be found in Group E together with Skånela IF, Härryda HK blå, IFK Skövde HK Blå and Åkersberga HK.
Avesta Brovallen HF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Helsinge Atlas with 5-14. In the Final, Eksjö BK 2 won over IFK Bankeryd and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12 år. Avesta Brovallen HF also participated in Pojkar 06 during Irsta Blixten 2018.
