In addition to Skånela IF, 55 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 12 år. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Skånela IF could be found in Group I together with Tibro HK, Uppsala HK Södra 2 and Marks HK.
Skånela IF made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group I. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Lödde Vikings HK 1, which they won with 26-20. Thereby Skånela IF won the entire Slutspel A in Flickor 12 år during Irsta Blixten 2019. Skånela IF also participated in Flickor 06 during Irsta Blixten 2018.
