In addition to Enköpings HF, 55 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 12 år. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Enköpings HF could be found in Group N together with Tyresö Handboll 2, IFK Rättvik and Vassunda IF 2.
Enköpings HF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group N. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF HF 2 with 6-15. In the Final, Skånela IF won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 12 år. Enköpings HF also participated in Flickor 06 during Irsta Blixten 2018.
