In addition to Skövde HF, 25 other teams played in Flickor 15/16 år. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Skövde HF could be found in Group E together with Pargas IF, Kungsängens SK and Arbrå HK / Hällbo IF Grön.

Skövde HF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Borlänge HK 1 with 8-12. In the Final, VästeråsIrsta HF Röd won over Borlänge HK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 15/16 år.
