Anmälan blir godkänd när vi har avgiften på vårt konto.
Lag som vid anmälan hamnar på reservplats ska avvakta med att betala anmälningsavgiften tills de ev. får besked om att de kommit med.

Anmälningsavgiften återbetalas inte vid avbokning.
Efter att lottningen är publicerad tar vi dessutom ut en avbokningsavgift på 1000 kr per avbokat lag. Efter 2025-03-14 är avbokningsavgiften 2000 kr.

Alla lag måste boka något av turneringens deltagarkort för samtliga sina spelare och ledare. Bokning och betalning senast den 2025-03-01. Vid senare bokning (endast i mån av plats) eller betalning, tas en högre avgift ut.

Specific terms for teams

Please note that the registration fee should be payed within 20 days from registration (this does not apply to teams that is placed on the wait list). The registration is accepted when the registration fee is payed and if it hasn't been payed within 20 days the the team is moved to the wait list. Teams the register after 2018-12-31 should pay the registration fee not later than 2019-01-20.

Please also note that we charge a cancellation fee for cancelations made after the application period has ended, 2019-01-13. The cancelation fee is 2000 SEK (the registration fee + 800 SEK).

All teams should order any of the participation tickets for all their players and leaders. The participation fees should be payed not later than 2019-03-01.

If you need to cancel your registration, please use the mail function on your registration form or send a mail to spelprogram@irstablixten.se. You can not make the cancelation yourself in the system.
